Verizon Announced A New Budget Phone, The LG Stylo 2 V

Verizon is adding a new LG device to its lineup. It is the LG Stylo 2 V, and it’s pretty similar to previous smartphones bearing that branding. In short, this is the newest LG lower-midrange phablet that comes with a stylus. The latter is getting a fresh look by many in light of the demise of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Verizon has just confirmed its pricing for the phablet which will be available online, and in stores on Oct 27th.

LG Stylo 2 V Display:

Like its predecessors, the Stylo 2 V combines a big screen, a docked stylus, and a low-end specs to make a decent offering to those who want a Note-style phone on a budget. The screen is 5.7-inch and HD according to Verizon’s press page, which probably means 720p resolution. It’s the only LG model that allows users to scribble their thoughts using a stylus. And a screen-off memo mode will give the owners of the device the opportunity to scratch out a note on the display even if the screen is off.
